Class Kenya

Class Kenya have made a fantastic start to the term, diving straight into learning about the rich culture and heritage of Kenya. The children have been exploring the origins of the Kenyan flag, discovering what each colour represents and why these symbols are so important to the country's identity. Using their knowledge, they have created their own colourful flags ready to take part in the upcoming village parade.

The class has also been learning about Kenya's famous Big Five animals, researching key facts and producing informative fact files to showcase their understanding. This learning inspired some wonderful artwork, with children using bright colours and bold designs to create striking representations of Kenya's wildlife.

It has been wonderful to see the enthusiasm, creativity and curiosity of the children as they settle into their new class. We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved already, and this is just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting year in Class Kenya!
