The PTA is in danger of closing if we do not gather more helpers and attendees to our events. By the end of the school year, we will lose 3 members of our Committee too, meaning, we will be very low on the ground for support.
The PTA is formed by a small committee of 8 parent volunteers who create and organise events to raise money for the school.
We have got a handful of parents on standby as helpers for these events but we need more to ensure it’s not the same people helping out all the time and to make sure the events can go ahead.
We have therefore created an online form to generate a parent rota, with upcoming dates and times of our forthcoming events. We believe this system will help you to donate your time and will provide us with a resource to call upon in order to ensure these events can go ahead.

You are invited to our PTA annual fundraising Dinner Dance, taking place at the beautiful Ivy Hill hotel on Friday 6th October. Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with great food, music, and entertainment! Starting at 7 PM, guests will be welcomed with a drink before sitting down to enjoy a delicious 3-course set menu (please let us know of any dietary requirements in advance). After dinner, the casino tables will be open for those feeling lucky, while our talented DJ will keep the dancefloor hopping until the event finishes at midnight. Book your table of up to 10 guests for just £50 per ticket (non-refundable). All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting Ingatestone Junior School.
