These are difficult and challenging times and things are constantly changing, however it is vital that you adhere to the advice around self-isolation and if you show any symptoms of COVID-19. This is crucial as if you don’t it will put into jeopardy the current measures being put in place and potentially put people at risk who don’t need to be. We understand that this might be difficult, but we need to play our part and ensure we follow the latest guidance which is simple:
Stay at home if you have either
•a high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
•a new, continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
